I truly loved my stay at this beautiful hotel, where I enjoyed lovely walks with my dog in the stunning Kensington neighborhood, and it was only a short stroll from the amazing Natural History Museum, which made exploring all those city landmarks a breeze.

the ember was lovely with very welcoming staff. my room, the locke room, was incredibly comfortable and the decor was charming. it's conveniently close to local attractions, making it easy to explore. the warm hospitality truly stood out during my stay.

The place is fantastic they have thought of everything for comfort like a magnetic sign over the microwave light at night must say it’s the little things that count. Also got a complimentary bottle of wine on my birthday with a handwritten note that hit home like a bomb.

It wasn’t inexpensive but honestly worth every penny.

Cleaning services felt too infrequent for a longer stay!!! The water temperature fluctuated during showers, making it uncomfortable!!! Loud music in common areas made conversations difficult and detracted from the overall experience!!!

We had a fantastic time cooking pasta in our family room, which was perfect for the kids before bed, and the late checkout let us explore the Natural History Museum without a rush. The garden area was a lovely spot to relax, offering both cozy seating and serene greenery. The only hiccup was that some kitchen items were out of reach, but it didn't overshadow our experience. 😊

I recently stayed for 2 nights in a Locke Room, and I was truly impressed with the stylish decor and the comfort it offered. The calming garden area was a delightful escape after a busy day exploring London, enhancing the overall experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the water pressure in the shower could use some improvement.
